遠距離無線充電

  據了解,無線充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)技術是靠兩種(zhong)新的(de)設備來實(shi)(shi)現的(de),第一(yi)個(ge)(ge)是充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),它要與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)相(xiang)連接(jie)(jie),然(ran)后會有(you)一(yi)個(ge)(ge)“托(tuo)盤”與(yu)(yu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)進行中轉,只要手(shou)機(ji)與(yu)(yu)“托(tuo)盤”距離在(zai)(zai)規定(ding)范(fan)圍內,那(nei)么手(shou)機(ji)就會自動進行無線充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。不過需(xu)要說明(ming)的(de)是,由于傳輸(shu)的(de)不是一(yi)些簡(jian)單的(de)數據,而是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li),因此無線充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)(zai)目(mu)前的(de)距離要求(qiu)比較嚴格,手(shou)機(ji)與(yu)(yu)“托(tuo)盤”在(zai)(zai)現在(zai)(zai)只能實(shi)(shi)現1厘米之內的(de)近距離充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),但(dan)(dan)是隨著技術的(de)進步,這一(yi)距離可能會拉長。雖然(ran)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)沒有(you)直接(jie)(jie)接(jie)(jie)觸到手(shou)機(ji)產品(pin),但(dan)(dan)是靠無線方式為手(shou)機(ji)充(chong)(chong)(chong)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)在(zai)(zai)使(shi)用效(xiao)果上仍然(ran)和普通充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)方式一(yi)樣,續航能力(li)并不會有(you)所損失。

  雖(sui)然無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)仍(reng)然需要一個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器進(jin)行(xing)(xing)電(dian)(dian)力(li)的無(wu)線(xian)傳(chuan)輸,看似還是(shi)較為麻煩,但是(shi)傳(chuan)統的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器只(zhi)能(neng)為一個手(shou)機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),甚至每個手(shou)機(ji)(ji)的充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器都不一樣,而(er)無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)標準可(ke)以為所有支(zhi)持(chi)Qi的手(shou)機(ji)(ji)進(jin)行(xing)(xing)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),而(er)其(qi)同時(shi)可(ke)以支(zhi)持(chi)多個產品的一起充(chong)電(dian)(dian),這種充(chong)電(dian)(dian)只(zhi)需要將手(shou)機(ji)(ji)放(fang)在(zai)桌子(zi)上就能(neng)實現。另外,無(wu)線(xian)技術標準在(zai)成熟之(zhi)后(hou),各大公(gong)共(gong)場所都會裝有這種設備,因此無(wu)論是(shi)在(zai)家、辦公(gong)室(shi)還是(shi)街(jie)道(dao)上甚至是(shi)列車(che)上,用戶(hu)都可(ke)以進(jin)行(xing)(xing)無(wu)線(xian)充(chong)電(dian)(dian),十分便捷。

近期進展

  從技(ji)術(shu)發展來看(kan),無線充電技(ji)術(shu)建(jian)立在RFID近距離(li)磁場耦合技(ji)術(shu)發展基礎上,手機甚至(zhi)不(bu)需要軟件更改就(jiu)可(ke)以安裝(zhuang)充電線圈和整流芯片(pian)。有幾類(lei)安裝(zhuang)方(fang)式:

  其(qi)一:一個感應(ying)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)+芯(xin)片,構成獨立組件。這類組件小(xiao)到硬幣大(da)小(xiao),大(da)到38x40mm。用(yong)金屬銅線(xian)(xian)繞制線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)。

  其二:手機鋰電(dian)(dian)池周邊框架中加(jia)裝線圈,號稱無線充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)鋰電(dian)(dian)池。這(zhe)類電(dian)(dian)池好處是(shi)安裝便(bian)利(li),但是(shi)缺陷也很明顯(xian),因為手機電(dian)(dian)池是(shi)金屬件,會阻擋充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)波(bo)穿透(tou),使得充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)效率(lv)低。

  其三:采用LDS(立(li)體電路(lu))技(ji)術,在(zai)手機塑膠外殼(ke)上鐳射天線。

  其四:采用FPC(柔(rou)性電路板)制造天線組件,缺(que)點(dian)是(shi)價格貴。優(you)點(dian)是(shi)柔(rou)性、且(qie)薄,便于安裝。

  以上幾類方式,最有前途的(de)是LDS技(ji)術,國內推(tui)出了系列(lie)微航(hang)激光(guang)塑料(liao)(liao)、磁(ci)性激光(guang)塑料(liao)(liao)、全自動(dong)大(da)幅面(mian)高速(su)激光(guang)機,使(shi)得制造工藝得以普及。
