開關電源“電壓型”與“電流型”控制的區別在哪?
總有人會對開關電源電壓型控制與電流型控制是什么有不了解,回答的方式也各式各樣,為了澄清相關概念,這里發表一下對這兩個概念的理解。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)型(xing)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流型(xing)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)是指(zhi)對反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的不同取樣方(fang)法,電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)型(xing)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)以電(dian)(dian)(dian)源的輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)為(wei)(wei)反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao),該(gai)反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)與(yu)(yu)給(gei)定(ding)值的偏差經比(bi)較器(qi)放大后與(yu)(yu)鋸齒(chi)波比(bi)較產生(sheng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)脈沖。而電(dian)(dian)(dian)流型(xing)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)是以高頻變壓(ya)(ya)器(qi)原邊輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)流為(wei)(wei)采樣反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)組成電(dian)(dian)(dian)流閉環(huan),以電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)組成電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)外環(huan),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)外環(huan)的輸出偏差作(zuo)為(wei)(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流內(nei)環(huan)的給(gei)定(ding),與(yu)(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流反(fan)饋信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)比(bi)較產生(sheng)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)脈沖,兩種(zhong)控(kong)制(zhi)(zhi)方(fang)式的系(xi)統(tong)結構框(kuang)圖(tu)如圖(tu)1和圖(tu)2所示:
兩(liang)種控制(zhi)方式(shi)的實(shi)現(xian)原理如圖3和(he)圖4所示:
電壓(ya)型(xing)控制(zhi)(zhi)將輸出電壓(ya)與(yu)VR參考(kao)電壓(ya)Vref的(de)(de)偏差信號e經PI型(xing)誤差放大器處理(li)后與(yu)振蕩器產生的(de)(de)鋸齒波進行比較(jiao),產生PWM控制(zhi)(zhi)脈沖,其輸出波形(xing)如圖5所示。
電流型(xing)控(kong)(kong)制有(you)兩個閉環(huan)通(tong)道(dao),電壓(ya)與VR參考(kao)電壓(ya)Vref的(de)偏差信號e經PI型(xing)誤差放大(da)器得(de)以電壓(ya)Ve,該電壓(ya)與開關(guan)管(guan)漏(lou)極輸(shu)出電流進行比(bi)較,產生PWM控(kong)(kong)制脈沖(chong),其輸(shu)出波形如圖6所(suo)示。
