鉛鋁電池治污 電動車動力要改姓“鋰”?
近(jin)期,蘇城很(hen)多市(shi)民驚訝(ya)地(di)發(fa)現,以前(qian)很(hen)容易(yi)買(mai)到的電動車(che)鉛酸電池(chi)一(yi)下子變(bian)成了香餑餑,不但(dan)價(jia)格(ge)(ge)一(yi)天(tian)漲過(guo)一(yi)天(tian),而(er)且不少型號的電池(chi)還(huan)有價(jia)無貨,連(lian)帶從去年(nian)開(kai)始價(jia)格(ge)(ge)一(yi)路走低的電動車(che)價(jia)格(ge)(ge),近(jin)期也出現了大(da)幅反(fan)彈(dan)。
“毫無疑(yi)問,鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電池(chi)目前陷(xian)入了(le)困境,這對(dui)整個(ge)電動車(che)行業(ye)(ye)都產生了(le)重大(da)影響(xiang)。 ”蘇州(zhou)石路國(guo)際電動車(che)總匯(hui)負(fu)責(ze)人(ren)徐偉康告訴記者(zhe),自從(cong)今年(nian)3月份以來環保部(bu)對(dui)鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電池(chi)行業(ye)(ye)的(de)嚴厲整頓,以及(ji)工信部(bu)即將出臺的(de) 《鉛(qian)酸(suan)蓄(xu)電池(chi)準(zhun)入條例》,都在加速(su)鉛(qian)酸(suan)電動車(che)改姓“鋰”的(de)進程。
鉛(qian)酸蓄電池(chi)行業遭(zao)重拳整頓
蘇州九成企業不過關(guan)已(yi)停產(chan)
“從(cong)今年3月份以來,鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業陷(xian)入了一(yi)輪(lun)前所(suo)未有(you)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun)風(feng)暴。能在這(zhe)場(chang)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun)風(feng)暴中過(guo)關的(de)(de)(de)企業真是少(shao)之又少(shao)。像我(wo)們蘇州的(de)(de)(de)12家(jia)(jia)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)生產企業,已經(jing)有(you)11家(jia)(jia)停產整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun)或干脆關門了。 ”談(tan)到此次(ci)對于鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun),蘇州石(shi)路國際(ji)電(dian)動車總匯負責人徐(xu)偉康介紹說,這(zhe)次(ci)的(de)(de)(de)整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun)可謂有(you)的(de)(de)(de)放矢且相當必要。近(jin)年來,血鉛(qian)(qian)事件不斷在各地頻發,引發公(gong)眾對鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業環保問題的(de)(de)(de)擔憂,這(zhe)是國家(jia)(jia)下決心整(zheng)(zheng)(zheng)頓(dun)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)(suan)(suan)蓄(xu)(xu)電(dian)池(chi)行業的(de)(de)(de)重要原因。
事(shi)實(shi)上,鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)涉及生(sheng)產(chan)加工(gong)、使用、回收(shou)處理等環節,經過(guo)持(chi)續的(de)改進(jin),鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)使用過(guo)程中已(yi)不產(chan)生(sheng)鉛(qian)(qian)污(wu)染,問(wen)題(ti)主要出(chu)在(zai)生(sheng)產(chan)與回收(shou)環節。數據顯示,目前我國鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)制造廠家約2000家,但(dan)產(chan)值在(zai)500萬元以(yi)上規模的(de)企(qi)業(ye)僅200家左右,其(qi)余的(de)1800家中小(xiao)企(qi)業(ye),有(you)的(de)根本沒有(you)生(sheng)產(chan)許可證,有(you)的(de)有(you)許可證也(ye)很難達到(dao)清潔生(sheng)產(chan)的(de)標準。在(zai)鉛(qian)(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)生(sheng)產(chan)過(guo)程中,涂(tu)板工(gong)序和電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)清洗工(gong)序會(hui)產(chan)生(sheng)含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)的(de)重金屬廢水;在(zai)板柵(zha)鑄造、合(he)金配(pei)制、鉛(qian)(qian)零件及鉛(qian)(qian)粉(fen)制造等工(gong)序,會(hui)不可避免地產(chan)生(sheng)多種含(han)鉛(qian)(qian)煙塵。
此外,鉛(qian)(qian)酸電池(chi)的(de)回(hui)收處理環節,同(tong)樣問題重(zhong)重(zhong)。廢舊(jiu)鉛(qian)(qian)酸電池(chi)回(hui)收過程(cheng)中(zhong)產生的(de)主要污染物(wu)為(wei)熔(rong)(rong)煉加工過程(cheng)中(zhong)排放的(de)鉛(qian)(qian)蒸氣、鉛(qian)(qian)塵(chen)(chen)、廢水以(yi)及冶煉廢渣。但由于種種原(yuan)因(yin),鉛(qian)(qian)酸電池(chi)回(hui)收行業仍以(yi)大量的(de)中(zhong)小(xiao)企業為(wei)主體,大部(bu)分企業沒有(you)采取煙(yan)塵(chen)(chen)處理,熔(rong)(rong)煉過程(cheng)中(zhong)排放的(de)鉛(qian)(qian)蒸氣、鉛(qian)(qian)塵(chen)(chen)等超過國家標準幾(ji)倍甚至幾(ji)十倍。
蘇州木瀆一家蓄電(dian)池(chi)廠的(de)負責人告訴記(ji)者(zhe),今(jin)年6月(yue)8日的(de)檢查結果顯示,他們廠的(de)安全防護距離(li)沒有達(da)到要求(qiu),因此被要求(qiu)停產整頓(dun)。為(wei)了(le)企業能繼續生存,他只好(hao)把生產線(xian)搬外省去。
電(dian)動車廠商苦于無米下鍋
電(dian)池(chi)漲價連帶電(dian)動車水漲船高
作(zuo)為電(dian)動自行車(che)最為關(guan)鍵的(de)“動力源(yuan)”,大量鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)企(qi)業的(de)關(guan)停,直(zhi)接造成(cheng)了(le)鉛酸蓄(xu)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)供應的(de)緊缺,這也(ye)導致(zhi)了(le)電(dian)動車(che)整車(che)廠家以及(ji)經銷商“無米(mi)下鍋”。
“現(xian)在(zai)要(yao)(yao)換(huan)(huan)個鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)不要(yao)(yao)太難哦,我(wo)(wo)都等(deng)了(le)好幾個月(yue)了(le),還沒等(deng)到(dao)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)! ”陳(chen)先(xian)生(sheng)電(dian)(dian)動車的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)在(zai)3月(yue)份的(de)時候壞了(le)。廠家檢查后表示需(xu)要(yao)(yao)換(huan)(huan)新的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),但是現(xian)在(zai)沒有貨,需(xu)要(yao)(yao)陳(chen)先(xian)生(sheng)等(deng)待。哪知道這(zhe)一等(deng)就四個多月(yue),“我(wo)(wo)們也想(xiang)給陳(chen)先(xian)生(sheng)換(huan)(huan)新電(dian)(dian)池(chi),可問題是廠家一直(zhi)沒貨給我(wo)(wo)們呀! ”維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)部(bu)的(de)負責人面對(dui)陳(chen)先(xian)生(sheng)的(de)指責很(hen)委屈,他說已盡力聯(lian)系廠家,無奈今年5月(yue)份鉛酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)行業(ye)專項(xiang)整治,供(gong)(gong)應電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)好幾個廠都停(ting)產(chan)了(le),拿到(dao)的(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),供(gong)(gong)應生(sheng)產(chan)線都不夠,售后維(wei)(wei)修(xiu)這(zhe)塊就更別談(tan)了(le)。
“20安(an)的電(dian)(dian)池原(yuan)來360-380元(yuan),現(xian)在(zai)(zai)已漲到460-480元(yuan)了(le)! ”昨(zuo)天華潤萬(wan)家(jia)超市的工作人員告訴記(ji)者,近(jin)期以來他們在(zai)(zai)采購中(zhong)明顯感覺到了(le)這鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)池漲價的兇猛。而家(jia)樂福超市電(dian)(dian)動車(che)銷售的相(xiang)關(guan)負責人則告訴記(ji)者,蘇州的電(dian)(dian)動車(che)企業所用(yong)的電(dian)(dian)池更多的是從浙江進貨。可經過整頓行動后,浙江273家(jia)鉛(qian)酸蓄(xu)電(dian)(dian)池企業中(zhong),有(you)250家(jia)已停(ting)產整頓,電(dian)(dian)池生產接(jie)近(jin)癱瘓(huan)狀態。目前超市從廠家(jia)拿貨,越來越貴,也越來越難。
相城區的一家電(dian)(dian)動車生(sheng)產企業的負責人(ren)無奈(nai)地告訴記者,因為沒有(you)電(dian)(dian)池(chi),他已關掉了大部分生(sheng)產線(xian)。如果行業整頓持(chi)續(xu),預(yu)計到年底,鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的供求(qiu)矛盾都(dou)難(nan)以(yi)緩解。
電動車鋰電池時代成大趨(qu)勢
算(suan)筆(bi)賬(zhang)用鋰電(dian)不比用鉛酸貴
“無論(lun)是行(xing)(xing)業趨(qu)勢(shi)還(huan)是政策(ce)趨(qu)勢(shi),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)自行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)(che)都面臨(lin)著轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)升(sheng)級的(de)迫切需求(qiu)。毋庸置疑,鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)將是這(zhe)次轉(zhuan)(zhuan)型(xing)升(sheng)級的(de)最大受(shou)益者,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)的(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時代正在(zai)加速到來。 ”捷安(an)特蘇州地(di)區(qu)總代理吳(wu)克定告(gao)訴記(ji)者,2010年全國電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)產量(liang)超過2800萬輛(liang),其(qi)(qi)中(zhong)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)約70萬輛(liang),僅占2.5%,鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)確實是行(xing)(xing)業的(de)老大。就說(shuo)蘇州市(shi)場,有(you)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)銷售(shou)的(de)商(shang)家(jia)還(huan)是很(hen)少的(de)。但從(cong)這(zhe)些商(shang)家(jia)在(zai)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)上的(de)銷售(shou)情況來看(kan),發展(zhan)趨(qu)勢(shi)還(huan)是很(hen)明顯(xian)。他(ta)們捷安(an)特是從(cong)前年開(kai)(kai)始有(you)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)銷售(shou)。一開(kai)(kai)始,這(zhe)種價(jia)格(ge)(ge)相對(dui)鉛(qian)酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)來說(shuo),要高出三分(fen)之一甚至一半(ban)的(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che),消費者似乎還(huan)不是太能接(jie)受(shou),畢竟大家(jia)還(huan)是很(hen)看(kan)重價(jia)格(ge)(ge)的(de)。但隨著鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)技術(shu)不斷(duan)的(de)成熟,其(qi)(qi)成本也在(zai)逐(zhu)步降低,再加上廠家(jia)針(zhen)對(dui)消費者的(de)需求(qiu),不斷(duan)推出24V、36V和48V等電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流容量(liang)型(xing)號的(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che),他(ta)發現(xian)他(ta)們店(dian)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)(dong)車(che)(che)(che)的(de)銷售(shou)以每(mei)年20%的(de)速度在(zai)增長。尤(you)其(qi)(qi)是今年以來,這(zhe)個速度提高到了25%。
“其實蘇州的廠家,從前幾年開始就在逐步試水鋰電電池和鋰電電動車了! ”蘇州石路國際電動車總匯負責人徐偉康介紹說,目前蘇州已經在生產鋰電電池和鋰電電動車的廠家已經有近十家了。尤其是今年的行業整頓行動,更是堅定了這些廠家轉型升級,側重發展鋰電的決心。鋰電池各方面的優勢正在逐步凸顯。像是同等規格鋰電池的重量,僅為鉛酸電池1/4左右,整車重量完全滿足四部委的電動車重量小于40公斤的要求。雖然其成本偏高,但隨著鉛酸蓄電池的漲價及環保治理成本的增加,兩者成本之間的距離將進一步縮減。算筆賬,一般鉛酸電池的保修期為1年,而鋰電池的保修期為2年。也就是說,就算目前鋰電池要(yao)比同電流(liu)容量的鉛(qian)酸電池貴(gui)上三分之一甚至(zhi)一半(ban),但算(suan)算(suan)使(shi)用時間(jian),這鋰(li)電電動車還是(shi)劃算(suan)的,而且還更輕便環(huan)保。
當然,就短期而言,雖然鋰電池暫時無法取代鉛酸蓄電池在電動自行車中的絕對地位,但電動自行車對鋰電池的需求必然將出現明顯增長。目前僅僅不到5%的電動車使用鋰電池,未來假設使用鋰電池的(de)電(dian)(dian)動自行(xing)車量翻(fan)倍,也將(jiang)增(zeng)加(jia)約70億元鋰電(dian)(dian)池市場需求。 “總之,鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)池行(xing)業整(zheng)頓,為更(geng)加(jia)環保輕型的(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)動車行(xing)業發展(zhan)帶來了行(xing)業機遇,鋰電(dian)(dian)時代是大勢所趨(qu)。 ”徐(xu)偉康說。
