充電常識
充電是使用充電電池的重要步驟。適當合理的充電對延長電池壽命很有好處,而野蠻胡亂充電將會對電池壽命有很大影響。鋰電池基(ji)本都是(shi)(shi)根據(ju)各(ge)個產品(pin)(pin)單(dan)獨(du)封裝,互不通(tong)用的(de),因此(ci)各(ge)個產品(pin)(pin)也提供各(ge)自的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)設備,互不通(tong)用,在(zai)使(shi)用時只要遵循各(ge)自的(de)說明書使(shi)用即可。所以(yi)本篇對電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)介紹主要是(shi)(shi)指鎳(nie)(nie)鎘電(dian)(dian)池(chi)和(he)鎳(nie)(nie)氫電(dian)(dian)池(chi)。對鎳(nie)(nie)隔(ge)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)和(he)鎳(nie)(nie)氫電(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)有兩種方式,就是(shi)(shi)我們大(da)家所熟知(zhi)的(de)“快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)”和(he)“慢(man)充(chong)(chong)(chong)”。快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)和(he)慢(man)充(chong)(chong)(chong)是(shi)(shi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)的(de)一個重(zhong)要概念(nian),只有了解(jie)了快(kuai)(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)和(he)慢(man)充(chong)(chong)(chong)才能正確掌握充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
首先,快充和慢充是個相對的概念。有人曾問,充電器充(chong)(chong)電電流有200mA,是(shi)不是(shi)快充(chong)(chong)?這個答案并(bing)不絕(jue)對(dui),應該回答對(dui)于某(mou)些(xie)電池來(lai)(lai)說,它是(shi)快充(chong)(chong),而對(dui)于某(mou)些(xie)電池來(lai)(lai)說,它只是(shi)慢充(chong)(chong)。那我們究竟怎樣來(lai)(lai)判(pan)別快充(chong)(chong)還是(shi)慢充(chong)(chong)呢?
例如一節5號鎳氫(qing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)為(wei)(wei)1200mAH,而(er)另一節則為(wei)(wei)1600mAH。把一節電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)容量(liang)稱為(wei)(wei)1C,可見(jian)1C只是(shi)一個(ge)邏輯概念,同樣(yang)的(de)1C,并不相(xiang)等。在充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)時,充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)小于0.1C時,稱為(wei)(wei)涓(juan)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)。顧名思義,是(shi)指電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)很小。一般而(er)言,涓(juan)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)能夠把電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)的(de)很足,而(er)不傷害電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)壽命,但用(yong)涓(juan)流(liu)(liu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)所花的(de)時間實在太長,因此很少單獨使用(yong),而(er)是(shi)和其(qi)它充(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)方(fang)式(shi)結合(he)使用(yong)。
充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)在0.1C-0.2C之間(jian)時,稱為慢速(su)(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大于(yu)0.2C,小于(yu)0.8C則是快速(su)(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。而當充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)大于(yu)0.8C時,稱之為超高速(su)(su)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)。
正因為1C是個邏輯概念而(er)非絕(jue)對(dui)值,因此根(gen)據1C折(zhe)算的(de)(de)快充(chong)慢(man)充(chong)也是一個相對(dui)值。前面(mian)例子(zi)中(zhong)提到的(de)(de)200mA充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)流對(dui)于1200mAH的(de)(de)電(dian)池來說(shuo)是慢(man)充(chong),而(er)對(dui)于700mAH的(de)(de)電(dian)池來說(shuo)就是快充(chong)
