常見電動車智能充電器性能對照及檢測方法
一、電動車智(zhi)能充電器基本(ben)性能及參(can)數:
1、定時功能:舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充電器為例;
起充電(dian)流>1.5A(±0.1A)以上(shang),進入(ru)10±0.5h定(ding)時。
當電流降至<1.5A(±0.1A)而大于1.1A(±0.1A)進入(ru)40±5min定(ding)時。
當電(dian)流降至<1.1A(±0.1A)而大(da)于500mA時取消(xiao)前一階段的40min定時,進入新的40±5min定時。
當電(dian)(dian)流(liu)降至<500mA而大于(yu)轉燈電(dian)(dian)流(liu)時(shi)取(qu)消前一階段的(de)40min定時(shi),進入新的(de)40±5min定時(shi)。
舉例:48V 10AH 電動車充電器為例;
起充電流(liu)>2.0A(±0.1A)以(yi)上(shang),進入(ru)10±0.5h定時。
當電流降至<2.0A(±0.1A)而大(da)于1.5A(±0.1A)進入60±5min定時(shi)。
當電流降至<1.5A(±0.1A)而大于1.0A(±0.1A)時(shi)取(qu)消前一階段的(de)60min定(ding)時(shi),進(jin)入(ru)新(xin)的(de)60±5min定(ding)時(shi)。
當電(dian)流降至<1.0A(±0.1A)而(er)大(da)于轉(zhuan)燈電(dian)流時取消前一階段的(de)60min定(ding)時,進(jin)入(ru)新(xin)的(de)60±5min定(ding)時。
2、過熱保護功能
由于外界溫度過高或者充電器充電環境通風(feng)不(bu)良導致溫升過高,變壓器溫度(du)達到100℃時,充電器輸出電流減(jian)為(wei)1.3A左右(20AH的降至1.8A)。
3、反接保(bao)護:輸(shu)出反接時,充(chong)電(dian)器無(wu)輸(shu)出,充(chong)電(dian)器燈(deng)亮綠燈(deng)10秒(miao)鐘后(hou)指示燈(deng)紅(hong)綠燈(deng)交替閃爍。
4、空(kong)載電(dian)壓:空(kong)載無(wu)輸出(chu)電(dian)壓。
二、電動車充電器保護功能檢測方法:
1、 充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器輸出(chu)(chu)線接(jie)通檢(jian)測儀檢(jian)測輸入(ru)端,按規定接(jie)通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器燈亮(liang)而(er)無輸出(chu)(chu),同時接(jie)入(ru)一只(zhi)同極性的普(pu)通充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器作為(wei)觸發電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,此時儀器有顯示電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)及電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器正常輸出(chu)(chu)。檢(jian)測時檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)不宜過(guo)低(di)(di),48V充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器檢(jian)測電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)應(ying)大(da)于(yu)40V以防充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器由于(yu)負載(zai)過(guo)大(da)保護而(er)中(zhong)斷輸出(chu)(chu),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)逐漸(jian)降低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)逐漸(jian)升高(gao)直至轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)轉(zhuan)態(tai)時的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)為(wei)轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu),轉(zhuan)態(tai)前的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)最(zui)高(gao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),轉(zhuan)態(tai)后的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)為(wei)轉(zhuan)態(tai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya),低(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)檢(jian)測時應(ying)避免電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)低(di)(di)以防輸出(chu)(chu)中(zhong)斷。
2、10小時定時功能(neng)檢測(ce)
將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器直接進入(ru)(ru)(ru)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流大(da)于1.5A(20AH的為(wei)2.0A)并保(bao)持大(da)于1.5A(20AH的為(wei)2.0A)充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態下(xia),10小(xiao)時后充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器自動轉換(參考方法:先(xian)將充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器調至1.5A±0.1A電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流以上后切斷(duan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,再(zai)重新接通電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,同(tong)時接入(ru)(ru)(ru)一只同(tong)極性的普通充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器作為(wei)觸(chu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,讓充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器觸(chu)發(fa)進入(ru)(ru)(ru)10小(xiao)時定時狀態,不(bu)可由低(di)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流段調至大(da)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流段測試(shi)。)
將充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)直(zhi)接進入(ru)小于1.5A(20AH的為2.0A)并保持大(da)于1.1A(20AH的為1.5A)充(chong)電(dian)狀態下,40min(20AH的為60min)定時啟動(參考方法:先將充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)電(dian)流(liu)調至(zhi)1.5A~0.1A后切斷充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)源(yuan),再重新接通電(dian)源(yuan),同(tong)時接入(ru)一只同(tong)極(ji)性的普通充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)作(zuo)為觸發電(dian)源(yuan)讓(rang)充(chong)電(dian)器(qi)(qi)觸發進入(ru)該(gai)40分鐘(20AH的為60min)定時狀態,不(bu)可由低(di)電(dian)流(liu)段(duan)調至(zhi)大(da)電(dian)流(liu)段(duan)測試(shi)。)
將(jiang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器直接(jie)進入(ru)(ru)小于(yu)1.1A(20AH的為(wei)1.5A)并(bing)保持大(da)于(yu)500mA(20AH的為(wei)1.0A)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)狀態下,該(gai)40min定時啟動(參考方法:先(xian)將(jiang)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)調(diao)至(zhi)(zhi)1.0A~0.1A后切(qie)斷充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),再(zai)重新接(jie)通(tong)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan),同時接(jie)入(ru)(ru)一只同極性的普通(tong)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器作(zuo)為(wei)觸(chu)發(fa)電(dian)(dian)源(yuan)讓充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器觸(chu)發(fa)進入(ru)(ru)該(gai)40分鐘(zhong)(120AH的為(wei)60min)定時狀態,不(bu)可由低電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)段(duan)調(diao)至(zhi)(zhi)大(da)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)段(duan)測試(shi)。)
將充電器直接進入電流為500mA(20AH的為1.0A)以下并保持大于轉換點充電狀態下,該40min(20AH的為60min)定時啟動(參考方法:先將充電器電流調至500mA~轉態電流后切斷充電電源,再重新接通電源,同時接入一只同極性的普通充電器作為觸發電源讓充電器觸發進入(ru)該40分鐘定時狀態。)
