用鉛酸充電器給鋰電瓶充電的影響

 

 

  有點危險,一般不建議這樣用,雖然沒有脈沖功能的充電器,理(li)論(lun)(lun)是可以給鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de),但是依(yi)然可能會(hui)傷害鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),雖然鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)有保護(hu)板,理(li)論(lun)(lun)過(guo)充(chong)或者過(guo)放時(shi)候(hou)(hou)能起到(dao)保護(hu)作(zuo)用,如果充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi)經常觸發過(guo)充(chong)保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,那這(zhe)個充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)的(de)輸出電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓設置就不正確。發生這(zhe)樣的(de)現象后(hou),那落后(hou)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)永(yong)遠落后(hou)。有保護(hu)板也盡量不要(yao)高。因為電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)盒里使用,平時(shi)是看不到(dao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)一致(zhi)性(xing)狀態的(de),不知(zhi)什么時(shi)候(hou)(hou),萬一它(ta)的(de)一致(zhi)性(xing)出問題了(le)(le),這(zhe)時(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓又高了(le)(le)幾V。那電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就要(yao)倒大霉了(le)(le),請關注(zhu):容(rong)濟點火器(qi)

 

實際上,鉛酸電池充電器為了克(ke)服鉛(qian)酸的(de)大(da)內(nei)阻,在(zai)恒流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時把(ba)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)提高了5%左右(you),也就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)說(shuo)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi)你選用了一樣電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)器,給(gei)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池供電(dian)(dian)時候(hou),電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)會高出(chu)來一點(dian)的(de),因為鉛(qian)酸的(de)內(nei)阻大(da),恒流(liu)(liu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)為了達到效(xiao)率都是(shi)(shi)在(zai)恒流(liu)(liu)時把(ba)恒壓(ya)電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)升高,這(zhe)樣對(dui)鋰(li)電(dian)(dian)池是(shi)(shi)很不(bu)利的(de)。

 

主(zhu)要是鉛酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)過程中(zhong)有(you)二個電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)會析(xi)氫和析(xi)氧,析(xi)氧電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)為13.8V,析(xi)氫電(dian)(dian)壓(ya)點(dian)為14.7V,所(suo)以(yi)鉛酸(suan)(suan)充電(dian)(dian)器的高恒(heng)壓(ya)定(ding)在14.7V*塊(kuai)數;低(di)恒(heng)壓(ya)(浮充電(dian)(dian)壓(ya))定(ding)在13.8V*塊(kuai)數。


鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)保護(hu)板(ban)的保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓點如果是4.2V,那放心使用(yong),無非就(jiu)不(bu)(bu)要恒(heng)壓而已充電(dian)(dian)(dian),但普(pu)(pu)通的保護(hu)板(ban)啟動電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時(shi)4.25V,加上+/-0.035V的誤差,不(bu)(bu)是很(hen)安全吧? 18650可能沒(mei)多大(da)事,鋁殼(ke)大(da)單(dan)體(ti)難說了(le),很(hen)多鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)使用(yong)的是正常(chang)普(pu)(pu)通的保護(hu)板(ban),保護(hu)板(ban)截止保護(hu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓4.25V ,所以(yi)這個保護(hu)在關鍵時(shi)候(hou)可能會(hui)起不(bu)(bu)到作用(yong)。

 

鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)內阻小,比如13串鋰電(dian)(dian)池(chi)也就是(shi)(shi)48伏(fu),截(jie)止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓要控制在54.6伏(fu)因為,而(er)鉛酸電(dian)(dian)池(chi)恒流截(jie)止(zhi)電(dian)(dian)壓是(shi)(shi)57.9伏(fu),高出(chu)幾伏(fu)了。

 

當然,鉛酸電池如果改進一下是可以給鋰電池充電的,比如去掉低恒壓階段電路和脈沖電路,是可以用的。如果你如果觀察鋰電的充電曲線,可以發現在恒流階段充入約為96%的總容量;恒壓減流階段只充入4%的容量,如果轉燈就拔時,那鋰電已經充入了99.5%的容量了。所以鉛酸充電器充鋰電,也就(jiu)(jiu)是少(shao)了最后的(de)(de)(de)均(jun)衡(heng)和(he)浮充(chong)那(nei)0.5%的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)量而已。將(jiang)鉛充(chong)的(de)(de)(de)高低(di)恒壓都低(di)調點,就(jiu)(jiu)都可以(yi)給鋰(li)電(dian)充(chong)電(dian)了,只不(bu)過充(chong)不(bu)滿(man)而已。不(bu)過鋰(li)電(dian)又(you)不(bu)會(hui)硫(liu)化,充(chong)不(bu)滿(man)就(jiu)(jiu)充(chong)不(bu)滿(man)吧,又(you)不(bu)影響使用,壽命還會(hui)延(yan)長呀。

 

還有一(yi)個方法,打開外殼,把(ba)三(san)極(ji)管C極(ji)串聯那(nei)個電(dian)阻阻值提(ti)升(sheng)10倍,恒流只提(ti)升(sheng)0.5%電(dian)壓(ya),再(zai)調節下恒壓(ya)點,盡量做到每一(yi)個電(dian)池電(dian)壓(ya)均衡到4.18V左右(you)為好。
