電池在修復過程中的注意事項?

   電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)雖然沒有成為一個行業,但是電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)工作(zuo)一直是存在的(de)(de)。不少電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造商(shang)對保(bao)用期以內的(de)(de)返退電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)采取"修(xiu)(xiu)舊利舊"的(de)(de)發(fa)生,把通(tong)過維修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)重(zhong)新提供(gong)給用戶,以提高電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)有效使用壽命,降低報(bao)廢(fei)率(lv),減少電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造商(shang)的(de)(de)部分理索賠的(de)(de)損失。這些修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)(fu)方(fang)法為:

1、重新配組
電池返退以后,電池制造商重(zhong)新(xin)進行充放電(dian)檢驗,在檢驗中(zhong)往(wang)往(wang)會發現有50%以上(shang)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)不符合(he)返(fan)退條件(jian)的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)。其原(yuan)因也(ye)就是在串連電(dian)池(chi)(chi)組中(zhong),個別的(de)電(dian)池(chi)(chi)落后形成整組電(dian)池(chi)(chi)功能下降而引起(qi)整組返(fan)退。

2、補水
鑒于(yu)部分電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造(zao)商(shang)(shang)還是采用(yong)(yong)低銻合金的(de)(de)(de)板柵(zha),電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)失水電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平(ping)比(bi)較低,加上最高充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓高于(yu)析氫電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)失水更加嚴重,形成(cheng)了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)第一位的(de)(de)(de)失效(xiao)原因。對(dui)(dui)此,一些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造(zao)商(shang)(shang)有意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)改造(zao)了蓋板,并且在排氣閥下部設立了螺裝結構,為打(da)開電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)形成(cheng)了方便條件,這樣,有電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)制造(zao)商(shang)(shang)開展電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)補(bu)水工作。對(dui)(dui)使用(yong)(yong)了半年的(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行一次補(bu)水,可(ke)以(yi)延(yan)長(chang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)(de)使用(yong)(yong)壽命,延(yan)長(chang)時間平(ping)均達到3個月(yue)以(yi)上。應該注意(yi)的(de)(de)(de)是,每次補(bu)水以(yi)后,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)都利用(yong)(yong)處(chu)于(yu)過充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態把電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)由"準貧(pin)液"轉為"貧(pin)液"狀態,而這個過充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)對(dui)(dui)提(ti)高電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量是有好(hao)處(chu)的(de)(de)(de)。

3、消除硫化
采(cai)用專門的(de)(de)(de)(de)設備,對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行消(xiao)除硫(liu)(liu)化的(de)(de)(de)(de)處理(li)。這(zhe)里主(zhu)要(yao)有2種方法(fa),其一就是(shi)高電(dian)(dian)壓大(da)電(dian)(dian)流脈沖充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian),通過負阻擊穿消(xiao)除硫(liu)(liu)化。這(zhe)種方法(fa)速度快,見(jian)效快,但是(shi)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)壽命影響比較大(da)。另(ling)外的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)就是(shi)采(cai)用小(xiao)(xiao)電(dian)(dian)流頻率高達8KHz以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang),利用大(da)結晶諧振的(de)(de)(de)(de)方法(fa)來溶解,這(zhe)種方法(fa)修(xiu)復比較慢,修(xiu)復效果也比較好,但是(shi),修(xiu)復時間比較長,往往在120小(xiao)(xiao)時以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)。實際測(ce)試數據(ju)表明,對(dui)于補水以(yi)(yi)(yi)后沒有達到60%補充(chong)(chong)容量的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行除硫(liu)(liu)處理(li),還有約2/3的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)可以(yi)(yi)(yi)達到60%以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容量,甚至還有35%以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容量可以(yi)(yi)(yi)達到80%以(yi)(yi)(yi)上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)(de)(de)容量。

4、采取(qu)類似電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)霸、保護器類的脈沖(chong)發生器并(bing)聯在(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池上,對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池進(jin)行脈沖(chong)維護。這種方法對修復電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池比(bi)較慢,但是(shi)由于長(chang)年在(zai)維修,所以,如(ru)果沒有過(guo)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),對于連續(xu)使用的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池來說,往(wang)往(wang)是(shi)徹底(di)消除了電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池硫化(hua)的可(ke)能(neng)性。

5、綜合修復方法
如果對電池采用定期檢驗,及時除硫和補水,單只電池充電、重新配組。采取這些做法以后,電池的(de)(de)平均壽命會大(da)大(da)提高。定期檢修的(de)(de)意義比較大(da),不要等電池(chi)(chi)由于失水和硫化(hua)(hua)的(de)(de)影(ying)響,損傷(shang)正極(ji)板以(yi)后(hou)再修復(fu)。這(zhe)樣,可以(yi)大(da)大(da)延長電池(chi)(chi)的(de)(de)壽命。而一(yi)旦電池(chi)(chi)出現(xian)嚴重的(de)(de)失水和硫化(hua)(hua)以(yi)后(hou),對正極(ji)板的(de)(de)損傷(shang)相對也比較大(da)。所以(yi),應(ying)該在對正極(ji)板損傷(shang)以(yi)前(qian)久對電池(chi)(chi)進行適(shi)當的(de)(de)維修。采取防患于未然(ran)的(de)(de)檢修的(de)(de)方法比亡羊補牢(lao)的(de)(de)方法更加有效。
