汽車新鉛酸蓄電池充電正確操作方法
注意電源及電池的正負極,嚴格按指示操作:電池正極(ji)接電源正極(ji),電池(chi)負(fu)極(ji)接電源負(fu)極(ji)。
初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)爭(zheng)兩(liang)個階段進行:首先(xian)用初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流充(chong)到電(dian)(dian)解液放出氣泡,單格(ge)電(dian)(dian)壓升到2.3~2.4V為止。然(ran)后將電(dian)(dian)流降為1/2初(chu)充(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流,繼續充(chong)到電(dian)(dian)解液放出劇烈的氣泡,比(bi)征和電(dian)(dian)壓連續3h穩定不變為止。全部充(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間約為45~65h。
充電(dian)過程(cheng)中(zhong)應(ying)(ying)常測量電(dian)解液溫度用(yong)電(dian)流減半(ban)、停(ting)止充電(dian)或冷(leng)卻的(de)方法,將溫度控制在35~40℃,初充電(dian)完畢時(shi),若電(dian)解液比(bi)重不合規定,應(ying)(ying)用(yong)蒸餾水或比(bi)重為(wei)1.4的(de)電(dian)解液進(jin)行調整(zheng)。調整(zheng)后再充電(dian)2h,直至比(bi)重符(fu)合規定時(shi)為(wei)止。
新鉛酸(suan)蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池第一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)后(hou)往(wang)往(wang)達不(bu)到容量(liang),應(ying)進行(xing)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環。用20hh時(shi)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)率放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(即用額定(ding)容量(liang)1/20的電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)至單格電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓降到1.75V為止),然后(hou)再補充(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)充(chong)(chong)足,經過一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環若容量(liang)仍低于額定(ding)容量(liang)的90%時(shi),應(ying)再進行(xing)一次(ci)充(chong)(chong)、放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)循環。
