  從以上設計(ji)方(fang)案可知:無論是(shi)(shi)兩階段式充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)還是(shi)(shi)三階段式充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),最(zui)后階段都是(shi)(shi)涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。實踐證明:對鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)適當時(shi)(shi)間的(de)涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),不僅是(shi)(shi)更進(jin)一(yi)步(bu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)足(zu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)量,更重(zhong)要的(de)是(shi)(shi)對鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)修(xiu)復和保養,防止鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)形成不可逆的(de)硫酸(suan)(suan)鹽化(hua),簡稱(cheng)“硫化(hua)”。實踐驗(yan)證,一(yi)般以 2~3小時(shi)(shi)的(de)涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)為宜(yi),過充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)或充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)不足(zu)都會嚴重(zhong)危害鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)正(zheng)極板,大(da)(da)大(da)(da)縮短鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)使用壽命(ming)。筆者針對以上充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)情況(kuang),自(zi)(zi)制了一(yi)款簡易的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動車鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座,該智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座能(neng)對充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)最(zui)后階段涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)進(jin)行定(ding)時(shi)(shi),當涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)到達設定(ding)值后,智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座自(zi)(zi)動切(qie)斷充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)及自(zi)(zi)身的(de)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源,結束充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),不必再人(ren)工(gong)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。本(ben)人(ren)將智(zhi)(zhi)(zhi)能(neng)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座應用于自(zi)(zi)己(ji)森地(di)牌YBC-48L型(14Ah)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi),深感方(fang)便。隨后相繼(ji)給許多親戚朋(peng)友(you)的(de)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)也(ye)設計(ji)制作了同樣的(de)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座,通過使用,大(da)(da)家都覺(jue)得(de)既延(yan)長(chang)鉛(qian)酸(suan)(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)使用壽命(ming),也(ye)免除了天天人(ren)工(gong)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)之苦(ku)。

 

  一(yi)、智能充電(dian)器定時插座(zuo)如何工作

 

  智能定(ding)時插(cha)座的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)見圖1,共由(you)交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開關、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫鉤(gou)(gou)線圈驅動電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、定(ding)時電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)、直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)4部(bu)分(fen)組成(cheng)(cheng)。將該電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)插(cha)上電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)插(cha)頭,按(an)下交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)開關S1按(an)鈕,接通220V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)即可開始工(gong)作。220V交(jiao)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)一(yi)路(lu)經(jing)14V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)變壓(ya)器T降(jiang)壓(ya)、橋式(shi)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)、濾(lv)(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong) C1濾(lv)(lv)波、三端穩(wen)壓(ya)集成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)IC1穩(wen)壓(ya)、濾(lv)(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C2濾(lv)(lv)波產生穩(wen)定(ding)的(de)(de)+12V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),該+12V分(fen)三路(lu)輸出:(1)經(jing)R4加到(dao)LED2作+12V直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)工(gong)作指示。(2)經(jing)R3、VD2、LED3串(chuan)聯(lian)穩(wen)壓(ya)后(hou)(hou)經(jing)C3濾(lv)(lv)波加到(dao)穩(wen)壓(ya)調整(zheng)管VT4基極(ji),使VT4將+12V穩(wen)壓(ya)為2.1V,由(you)VT4發射極(ji)輸出,該 2.1V經(jing)C4濾(lv)(lv)波后(hou)(hou)加到(dao)石(shi)英(ying)(ying)小(xiao)鬧鐘(zhong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)正負(fu)極(ji)為其提(ti)(ti)供直(zhi)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(提(ti)(ti)示一(yi)點(dian):2.1V高了些,石(shi)英(ying)(ying)小(xiao)鬧鐘(zhong)走(zou)時稍快一(yi)些,定(ding)時值按(an)4~5小(xiao)時即可)。(3)加到(dao)開關S1的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁(ci)脫鉤(gou)(gou)線圈上。

  220V交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)另一路(lu)經(jing)定時插(cha)(cha)座(zuo)加到(dao)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),當充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)還未轉(zhuan)入浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)狀態時,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)的(de)紅燈LED1得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)發光,LED1兩端(duan)的(de)2V電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)經(jing)插(cha)(cha)頭 P1、插(cha)(cha)孔(kong)J1、電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)阻R2加到(dao)VT3基極(ji),VT3飽(bao)和(he)導(dao)通,將2.1V穩壓(ya)調整(zheng)(zheng)管(guan)VT4基極(ji)短路(lu)到(dao)地,穩壓(ya)調整(zheng)(zheng)管(guan)VT4截止,石英(ying)小鬧鐘無直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)供給而(er)不工作,當充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)轉(zhuan)入涓(juan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)浮充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)階段時,充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)紅色(se)二極(ji)管(guan)LED1兩端(duan)變為零電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)熄滅(mie)(充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)綠色(se)二極(ji)管(guan)則發光),此時VT3也因基極(ji)零電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)而(er)截止,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)調整(zheng)(zheng)管(guan)VT4正常導(dao)通,輸出(chu)2.1V直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),石英(ying)小鬧鐘得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)開始(shi)計時,當計時到(dao)預(yu)先設定值時,石英(ying)小鬧鐘輸出(chu)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平音(yin)頻(pin)脈沖(chong)訊響信號,該(gai)低電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)平音(yin)頻(pin)脈沖(chong)信號通過VT2放大整(zheng)(zheng)流(liu)(liu)經(jing)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)C5濾波輸出(chu)一直流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya),使(shi)VT1飽(bao)和(he)導(dao)通,開關(guan)S1電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁脫鉤線圈得電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)產生磁力,使(shi)開關(guan)按鈕脫鉤跳(tiao)開,斷開交流(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan),從而(er)實現自動結(jie)束(shu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。

  二、元件選擇

 

  元件選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)擇如(ru)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理圖(tu)上的標(biao)注:VT1、VT3、VT4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)S8050 型三極(ji)(ji)管,VT2 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)S8550 型三極(ji)(ji)管,IC1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)LM7812,VD1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)IN4148 型二極(ji)(ji)管,VD2~D6選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)IN4007型二極(ji)(ji)管,LED1、 LED2選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)紅(hong)色(se)發(fa)光二極(ji)(ji)管,LED3 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)綠色(se)發(fa)光二極(ji)(ji)管,R1選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)2kΩ 普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,R2 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)10kΩ普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,R3、R4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)1kΩ 普通(tong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)阻,開關S1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)KDC-A01-06Y 型的,P1和J1 分(fen)別選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)普通(tong)單聲(sheng)道耳機插(cha)頭、插(cha)孔。變(bian)壓器(qi)T 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)3W/14V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)變(bian)壓器(qi), C1 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)1000μF/25V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong),C2、C3、C4 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)470μF/25V電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong), C5 選(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)(xuan)用(yong)(yong)47μF/25V 電(dian)(dian)(dian)解電(dian)(dian)(dian)容(rong)。實(shi)物如(ru)圖(tu)2所示。焊好的電(dian)(dian)(dian)路(lu)見圖(tu)3。

  三(san)、智能定(ding)時插座的安(an)裝(zhuang)與(yu)使用說明

 

  筆者(zhe)利用萬(wan)能印制板來(lai)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)本定時(shi)(shi)插座(zuo)電路,安裝時(shi)(shi)注意(yi),一定要將(jiang)石英小(xiao)鬧鐘內的小(xiao)揚(yang)聲器(qi)拆除(chu),小(xiao)揚(yang)聲器(qi)正極(ji)所接(jie)(jie)(jie)位(wei)置(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)三極(ji)管VT2發射極(ji),小(xiao)揚(yang)聲器(qi)負極(ji)所接(jie)(jie)(jie)位(wei)置(zhi)接(jie)(jie)(jie)三極(ji)管VT2基極(ji),引(yin)線見圖4。本人(ren)焊接(jie)(jie)(jie)成(cheng)的定時(shi)(shi)插座(zuo)電路與充(chong)電器(qi)連接(jie)(jie)(jie)如圖5所示。

  在(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)前,先將定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)值設好(hao),將充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器控制信(xin)號(hao)輸出(chu)插(cha)(cha)頭(tou)P1和定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)控制信(xin)號(hao)引入插(cha)(cha)孔J1連接好(hao),充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器與蓄電(dian)瓶連好(hao),插(cha)(cha)好(hao)交(jiao)流電(dian)源插(cha)(cha)頭(tou),最(zui)后(hou)按下開(kai)關(guan)S1按鈕,智能定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座會自(zi)動在(zai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器轉入浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)狀態時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)開(kai)始計(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),并在(zai)定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)值達(da)到時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)結束(shu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)。當充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器因蓄電(dian)瓶出(chu)問(wen)題(比(bi)如過度失水(shui))而無法轉入浮(fu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)狀態時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi),將充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)器插(cha)(cha)頭(tou)P1和定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座間的插(cha)(cha)孔J1斷開(kai),定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)插(cha)(cha)座則通(tong)電(dian)開(kai)始計(ji)(ji)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi), 當定(ding)時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)值達(da)到時(shi)(shi)(shi)(shi)自(zi)動結束(shu)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)。
