據南(nan)京(jing)供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)公司介紹,南(nan)京(jing)境內(nei)高速公路服務(wu)區目前已(yi)建成22座充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan),實現充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)設施(shi)全覆(fu)蓋,其中最有特色的要屬長(chang)深高速六合服務(wu)區兩座充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)。昨天上(shang)午,記者來(lai)到該(gai)(gai)服務(wu)區,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)快(kuai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)站(zhan)內(nei),4個嶄(zhan)新(xin)的小車(che)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)位排(pai)成一排(pai)。充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)雨棚頂部(bu)平面(mian)布置(zhi)了容量(liang)約12千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi)的光伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)板,采用光伏發(fa)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。在站(zhan)體外圍(wei)配置(zhi)了容量(liang)為(wei)100千瓦(wa)(wa)時(shi)的梯次(ci)利(li)用“電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)屋”。“屋子(zi)”里擺(bai)放(fang)了很多臺電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)是(shi)該(gai)(gai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)最大(da)的亮(liang)點(dian),因(yin)為(wei)它們都是(shi)從電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)汽車(che)上(shang)淘汰下來(lai)的。光伏電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)被輸送到這些電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)里儲存(cun)起來(lai),待(dai)有車(che)輛(liang)來(lai)充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)時(shi),這些“變廢(fei)為(wei)寶”的電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)就(jiu)可(ke)以釋放(fang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)能,給汽車(che)快(kuai)速充(chong)(chong)(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)了。
“儲能電池的梯次利用,提升了電池的全壽命綜合應用,實現了電池的最大使用價值和經濟效益。”南京供電公司相關負責人說。 據中國電科院有關專家介紹,一般來說,動力電池的容量低于80%就不能再用在新能源汽車上,考慮到使用環境等綜合情況,動力電池的平均壽命是5至7年。從目前新能源汽車的應用情況看,到2020年,我國電動汽車動力電池累計報廢量將達到12至17萬噸規模。
“這些(xie)報廢(fei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)并非完(wan)全(quan)失去了價值,理論上(shang)說(shuo),它們還可(ke)以按照電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容(rong)量(liang)的不同,利用在(zai)(zai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)力儲能(neng)或者相關供(gong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)基站(zhan)(zhan)以及(ji)路燈、低速(su)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車上(shang),最(zui)后再進(jin)入回(hui)收體系,這就是動(dong)力電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的梯次利用。”省電(dian)(dian)(dian)力公司(si)相關負責人(ren)說(shuo)。 此外(wai),該站(zhan)(zhan)還采用了智(zhi)能(neng)無人(ren)值班模式(shi),樁體各類故障自(zi)動(dong)檢測、自(zi)動(dong)上(shang)報國網車聯網平臺,并自(zi)動(dong)派(pai)單,保證人(ren)員45分鐘到場維修。最(zui)大程度保證了充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)安全(quan)、快速(su)、可(ke)靠。該充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)站(zhan)(zhan)預計(ji)下月投(tou)用,駕車人(ren)屆時可(ke)通過智(zhi)慧車聯網平臺,實(shi)現線上(shang)智(zhi)能(neng)找(zhao)樁、預約充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)、里程測算、在(zai)(zai)線支付等,并支持(chi)e充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)賬號、國網充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)卡和(he)e充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)掃碼三種方式(shi)進(jin)行(xing)費用結(jie)算,正(zheng)常(chang)情況(kuang)下充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)只需30分鐘。
