1、充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)要專用,不要隨意更換充電(dian)(dian)器(qi)。
不(bu)同(tong)車型(xing)所(suo)配(pei)的(de)(de)充(chong)電器參數基本都不(bu)一樣,在沒有把握的(de)(de)時(shi)候(hou)不(bu)要隨意(yi)更換充(chong)電器。如果必須在兩地充(chong)電的(de)(de),那么(me)最好請綠源4Cs服務部的(de)(de)專業人(ren)員在配(pei)一只專用充(chong)電器。
2、保護好充電器。
充電器在設計時未作為車載式充電器設計,所以現在的充電器基本上都不耐強烈振動,因此充電器一般不要放在電動自行車的后備箱和車筐中。如有特殊情況必須移動的,也要把充電器用泡沫塑料包裝好,防止發生振動而顛簸。很多充電器經過振動以后,其內部的電位器會漂移,使得整個參數改變,導致充電狀態不正常。另外需要注意的是充電的時候要保持充電器通風,否則不但影響充電器的使用壽命,還可能發生熱漂移而影響充電狀態,這樣都會對電池形成損傷。(電池充電器使用說(shuo)明書一(yi)般(ban)都(dou)有(you)涉(she)及)
3、勤充電。

4、及時充電。
電(dian)池放電(dian)以(yi)(yi)后就開(kai)始(shi)了硫化(hua)過(guo)程,一般在12小時(shi)開(kai)始(shi),就出現了明顯的(de)(de)硫化(hua)結晶(jing)(jing)。及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian),可以(yi)(yi)清除(chu)(chu)不嚴重的(de)(de)硫化(hua)結晶(jing)(jing),如果(guo)不及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian),這些硫化(hua)結晶(jing)(jing)將要聚積而逐步形(xing)成粗(cu)大的(de)(de)結晶(jing)(jing),會逐步形(xing)成電(dian)池容量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)下降,縮短了電(dian)池的(de)(de)使(shi)用壽命。所(suo)以(yi)(yi)除(chu)(chu)了每(mei)天(tian)充(chong)電(dian)以(yi)(yi)外,還要注意使(shi)用完了以(yi)(yi)后要及時(shi)充(chong)電(dian),盡可能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)池電(dian)量(liang)(liang)處于飽滿(man)狀(zhuang)態。如果(guo)有的(de)(de)充(chong)電(dian)器帶有去硫化(hua)修(xiu)復的(de)(de)智能(neng)充(chong)電(dian)器,最好使(shi)用智能(neng)充(chong)電(dian)器對電(dian)池組(zu)進(jin)行定期充(chong)電(dian)修(xiu)復。
5、定期深放電。
電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)定期進行(xing)一次深放電(dian)(dian)(dian)也(ye)有(you)利于(yu)"活化"電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),可(ke)以(yi)略微提升(sheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)容(rong)量。一般的(de)(de)(de)方法是,定期對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)一次完(wan)(wan)全放電(dian)(dian)(dian)。完(wan)(wan)全放電(dian)(dian)(dian)的(de)(de)(de)方法是在平(ping)坦路面正常負(fu)荷的(de)(de)(de)條(tiao)件下騎車到(dao)第一次欠壓(ya)保護。注意(yi):我(wo)們特(te)別(bie)強調第一次欠壓(ya)保護。電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)在第一次欠壓(ya)保護以(yi)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)經(jing)過一段時間以(yi)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)還(huan)會上升(sheng),又恢復(fu)到(dao)非(fei)欠壓(ya)狀(zhuang)態,這時候如果再(zai)使用(yong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)的(de)(de)(de)傷害非(fei)常大。在完(wan)(wan)成完(wan)(wan)全放電(dian)(dian)(dian)以(yi)后(hou),對電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)進行(xing)完(wan)(wan)全充電(dian)(dian)(dian)。會感(gan)覺電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)容(rong)量有(you)所提升(sheng)。
6、養成(cheng)一些節電的好習慣(guan)。
盡(jin)可能利用滑行(xing)(xing)。如(ru)下坡的(de)時(shi)候(hou),盡(jin)可能的(de)利用提前斷(duan)電滑行(xing)(xing)減速。在即將遇到(dao)紅(hong)綠燈的(de)時(shi)候(hou)提前進入滑行(xing)(xing),最(zui)大限度的(de)減少(shao)剎(cha)車。
啟動的時候,慢慢轉(zhuan)動轉(zhuan)把,這樣(yang)相對比較(jiao)安(an)全,避(bi)免大電流對電池(chi)的沖擊,而且可以減少電池(chi)的電量(liang)損(sun)失和壽命損(sun)傷。
7、注意充電的環(huan)境。
目前電動車充電器都是按照環境溫度25℃設計的,所以在25℃條件下充電比較好。而環境溫度真正在25℃的時候相對比較少,這樣就必然有夏季過充電冬季欠充電的問題。因此充電的時候,最好把電池和充電器安排(pai)在有(you)通風并且室溫的環(huan)境里使(shi)用。(室內通風比較(jiao)好的地方(fang))
特別提示(shi):如電(dian)池處(chu)在北(bei)方(fang)冬季在室外低溫(wen)(wen)狀態進入(ru)溫(wen)(wen)暖(nuan)室內的時(shi)候,電(dian)池的表面會出現結霜(shuang)(shuang)凝(ning)露(lu)。為了避(bi)免結霜(shuang)(shuang)凝(ning)露(lu)引起的電(dian)池漏電(dian),應該在電(dian)池溫(wen)(wen)度上(shang)升到與(yu)室內溫(wen)(wen)度接近(jin)并且(qie)干燥以(yi)后再進行充電(dian)。
8、充(chong)分利用維修條件
電(dian)(dian)動車的(de)經(jing)銷商均(jun)可以(yi)提供電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢測和(he)維(wei)修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)服務,應該(gai)充(chong)分(fen)利用這(zhe)(zhe)些服務。如(ru):對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)進行定(ding)期(qi)檢修(xiu)(xiu),可以(yi)減少(shao)對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)損(sun)傷。對(dui)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)荷電(dian)(dian)狀態(tai)的(de)修(xiu)(xiu)復(fu)就可以(yi)緩解"電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)落后"的(de)失(shi)效(xiao),而(er)這(zhe)(zhe)些對(dui)綠(lv)源經(jing)銷商來(lai)說是輕而(er)易舉(ju)的(de)。對(dui)于(yu)失(shi)水(shui)來(lai)說,在電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量70%的(de)時候補水(shui)就比電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)容量40%的(de)時候補水(shui)的(de)效(xiao)果(guo)要(yao)好。所以(yi),消(xiao)費者要(yao)充(chong)分(fen)的(de)利用電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)檢修(xiu)(xiu)的(de)條件(jian)延長增加電(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)使用壽命。
通過這些方法,用戶(hu)可(ke)以大大延長(chang)電池(chi)的(de)使用壽命。一(yi)些用戶(hu)的(de)續(xu)行里(li)程(cheng)比較(jiao)短(duan),電池(chi)的(de)使用壽命相對比較(jiao)長(chang),一(yi)些問題(ti)也相對難(nan)以發現(xian)。所以,第前面說到的(de)"深放電"措施也是及時發現(xian)電池(chi)問題(ti)的(de)一(yi)個有效方法(判(pan)斷電池(chi)的(de)續(xu)行里(li)程(cheng)),不(bu)要等電池(chi)問題(ti)嚴重的(de)時候才(cai)去維修,那樣(yang)就難(nan)以處(chu)理了(le)。
