MAX713的大功率多功能充電器

 充電器參數設計

  本文設計的充電器可對鉛酸、鎳氫、鎳鎘三種電池充放電。充電電流最大為16A,可充6V、12V、24V、30V、36V五檔位的電池,充電容量從10Ah到240Ah,供電電源為AC187V~252V、50Hz,充電器體積為250mm×164mm×90mm,重(zhong)量為3kg。

  MAX713的封裝及(ji)引腳功能

  1腳VLIMIT:設置(zhi)單節電(dian)(dian)池最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)壓,電(dian)(dian)池組(BATT+―BATT-)的最(zui)大電(dian)(dian)壓Em不能超過VLIMIT×(電(dian)(dian)池數量n),且VLIMIT不能超過2.5V,當VLINIT接V+時,Em=1.65n(V),通(tong)常(chang)將VLIMIT與VREF連接。

  2腳BATT+:電池組正極。

  3腳PGM0:可編(bian)程(cheng)引腳。

  4腳PGM1:可編程引腳。通過對PGM0和PGM1腳電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)(de)設定可設置充電(dian)電(dian)池的(de)(de)的(de)(de)數量(liang),從1到16。

  5腳THI:溫度(du)比較器的上限電壓。當(dang)TEMP電壓大上升到THI時,快(kuai)速充電結束(shu)。

  6腳TLO:溫度比較器的下(xia)限(xian)電(dian)壓。充(chong)電(dian)初始,當TEMP電(dian)壓低(di)于(yu)TLO時快(kuai)速充(chong)電(dian)被禁止,直到(dao)TEMP電(dian)壓高于(yu)TLO。

  7腳TEMP:溫度傳(chuan)感器輸(shu)入。

  8腳FASTCHG:快速(su)充電狀態輸出。

  9腳PGM2:可編程引腳。通(tong)過對PGM2和PGM3腳電(dian)壓的設定可設置(zhi)快速(su)充電(dian)的最大允(yun)許時間(33min~264min)。

  10腳(jiao)PGM3:可編程引腳(jiao)。除設(she)定最(zui)大允許時間外,還可設(she)定快速(su)(su)充電(dian)(dian)和涓流(liu)充電(dian)(dian)的速(su)(su)率。

  11腳CC:恒流補償輸入。

  12腳BATT-:電池組(zu)負(fu)極

  13腳GND:系(xi)統地。

  14腳DRV:驅動外圍“PNP”。

  15腳V+:分(fen)(fen)路調節器。V+對BATT-電壓(ya)為+5V,為芯片提供分(fen)(fen)路電流(5mA~20mA)。

  16腳REF:參考(kao)電(dian)壓輸出2V。

   MAX713引(yin)腳編程控(kong)制

 

  1. 可充(chong)電電池數量(liang)控制

  通過對(dui)可編(bian)(bian)程引腳(jiao)3腳(jiao)PGM0、4腳(jiao)PGM1進行簡單的電(dian)壓配置編(bian)(bian)程,實現(xian)對(dui)充(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池支數的控(kong)制,如圖(tu)2所(suo)示(shi)。

  2. 電池(chi)充滿電判斷

  電(dian)池(chi)(chi)充滿電(dian)時,應(ying)立即切斷充電(dian)電(dian)路(lu),防止(zhi)過充,保護電(dian)池(chi)(chi)安(an)全。判斷電(dian)池(chi)(chi)充滿電(dian)的方法很多,如最高(gao)電(dian)壓(ya)控制(zhi)、最小電(dian)流控制(zhi)、最高(gao)溫度控制(zhi)等。

  MAX713采用電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負斜(xie)率(lv)的(de)方(fang)法(fa)來(lai)判(pan)斷電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。當電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)增長出現負斜(xie)率(lv)后(hou),MAX713發出充(chong)滿(man)關(guan)機信號,充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)器停止充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)負斜(xie)率(lv)控制是(shi)一種綜合效果較好的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)滿(man)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)判(pan)斷方(fang)法(fa)。即電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充(chong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)到(dao)達(da)峰(feng)點前,電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)曲(qu)線的(de)斜(xie)率(lv)是(shi)正值,到(dao)達(da)峰(feng)點后(hou)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)曲(qu)線的(de)斜(xie)率(lv)為負值。

  3. 充電速率、充電時間控制

  通過對PGM2和PGM3引腳的編程電壓設置可設定電池的充電速率和充電時間的控制。

  軍用大功率多功能充電器的設計

  充(chong)電器(qi)由AC/DC/變換(huan)、充(chong)電控制電路、蓄電池(chi)激活電路三部(bu)分組成。(見(jian)圖5)

  AC/DC變換器(qi)

  它由橋式整流(liu)器(qi)、全(quan)橋逆變(bian)器(qi)、高頻變(bian)壓整流(liu)器(qi)及(ji)PWM發生器(qi)組成(cheng),把(ba)220V交流(liu)電變(bian)換成(cheng)所需要的各種直流(liu)充電電壓。

  充電控制電路

  充電(dian)控制電(dian)路,由可編(bian)程芯(xin)片(MAX713)、電(dian)壓取(qu)樣(yang)電(dian)路、電(dian)流取(qu)樣(yang)電(dian)路等(deng)組成。

  電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓取樣(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)取樣(yang)(yang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)路將(jiang)采樣(yang)(yang)到的充電(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)信(xin)號經(jing)PID補(bu)償電(dian)(dian)(dian)路送誤差放大電(dian)(dian)(dian)路放大后(hou),控制PWM電(dian)(dian)(dian)路和過壓、過流(liu)保(bao)護電(dian)(dian)(dian)路。

  可編程芯片(MAX713)是充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)控制電(dian)(dian)路(lu)的核心器(qi)件,在本項目中根據對充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)池(chi)容量(liang)、電(dian)(dian)壓性質的綜(zong)合考慮,對MAX713設定(ding)的最大充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)時間為264分鐘,充(chong)(chong)電(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)流為C。MAX713的電(dian)(dian)路(lu)原理圖如圖6所示(shi)。

  蓄電池激活電路

  蓄電池放(fang)(fang)電激活電路,用于對記憶、鈍(dun)化、老化電池進行容(rong)量恢復(fu)。激活回(hui)路采用一個簡單的比較運放(fang)(fang)器(qi)對激活電壓(ya)、電流(liu)進行控(kong)制。

 

 

  綜上所述,本文設計的大功率多功能充電器充分利(li)用了集成(cheng)電(dian)路MAX713的(de)控制功能,優化了各種電(dian)路組合方式。具(ju)有體(ti)積小、重量輕、充電(dian)電(dian)池范圍廣等優點(dian)。
