中國鋰電池使用在電動自行車行業可行性發展報告
一、電動自行車用鋰電池發展現狀
(一(yi))鋰電自行車在國(guo)內發展現狀(zhuang)
目(mu)前,鋰電(dian)池應用于(yu)電(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車已(yi)經較為普(pu)遍(bian),每年在國(guo)內生產與銷售的電(dian)動(dong)(dong)自(zi)行(xing)車產品當中,已(yi)經有超過幾十萬輛(liang)采(cai)用了(le)鋰電(dian)池作為動(dong)(dong)力驅動(dong)(dong)。2006年,國(guo)內鋰電(dian)自(zi)行(xing)車產銷量約為4萬輛(liang)左(zuo)右,而(er)到2010年,這(zhe)一數字(zi)已(yi)經達到了(le)12萬輛(liang)。
雖然電動車用鋰電池在產銷量上每年都在增長,但相對于鉛酸蓄(xu)電池的份額,鋰電自行車在所有電動自行車中所占的比重只有4%,處于較低的水平。
據行業(ye)人士(shi)估計,目前中(zhong)國(guo)電動自(zi)行車行業(ye)的發展趨向于鋰電車將(jiang)取代部分鉛酸車的發展方(fang)向,因此,鋰電自(zi)行車預計將(jiang)在(zai)幾年(nian)之內(nei)突破百(bai)萬(wan)輛。
(二(er))、鋰電自行(xing)車在國際市場(chang)的發展(zhan)現狀
由于國外對電動自行車產品需求的特殊性,鋰電自行車在國際市場的受歡迎程度高于國內,從相關數據中我們可以看出,國內鋰電自行車從2006年出口1萬輛發展到2010年的28.2萬輛,其增長速度較快。
因此,對于鋰電市場來說,呈現出了一個鮮明的特征,即外銷的增長快于內銷增長,外貿企業的發展也快于內貿企業。
目前,國內有眾(zhong)多鋰電(dian)池、鋰電(dian)自行車(che)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)將主(zhu)要(yao)市場(chang)定位于(yu)國際市場(chang),在電(dian)動自行車(che)整車(che)企(qi)業(ye)(ye)中,力(li)霸皇、新日(ri)、綠源、捷(jie)奧比、途爾(er)、喜德盛、捷(jie)安特、寶島(dao)等企(qi)業(ye)(ye)都以(yi)專(zhuan)業(ye)(ye)生(sheng)產(chan)(chan)鋰電(dian)自行車(che)為方(fang)向(xiang),并著力(li)開(kai)拓(tuo)海外鋰電(dian)市場(chang),這部分企(qi)業(ye)(ye)的鋰電(dian)自行車(che)產(chan)(chan)品在國際市場(chang)的出口量占有很大比例(li)。
二、電動自(zi)行車行業鋰電板(ban)塊格局、品牌格局
(一)中國電動自行車用鋰(li)電產業板塊格局
中國鋰(li)電產(chan)業(ye)經過多(duo)(duo)年的(de)(de)發(fa)展,目前已經形成了包括(kuo)江(jiang)(jiang)蘇、浙江(jiang)(jiang)、上(shang)(shang)海、天(tian)津(jin)、廣東等(deng)幾大板塊,在(zai)這幾大區(qu)域內(nei),集中分布著(zhu)眾(zhong)多(duo)(duo)鋰(li)電池生(sheng)產(chan)企業(ye)與鋰(li)電自行(xing)車生(sheng)產(chan)企業(ye)。幾大板塊在(zai)產(chan)銷量上(shang)(shang)的(de)(de)狀況(kuang)為,蘇錫常地(di)區(qu)占(zhan)據45%的(de)(de)市場,浙江(jiang)(jiang)永(yong)康(kang)占(zhan)20%,上(shang)(shang)海占(zhan)15%,天(tian)津(jin)占(zhan)15%,深圳占(zhan)5%。

(二)中國(guo)電動自(zi)行車(che)用鋰電行業品牌格(ge)局
中(zhong)國(guo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)用(yong)(yong)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)相對(dui)并不(bu)成熟(shu),品(pin)牌數量也并不(bu)多(duo)。鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),一部分(fen)是(shi)從(cong)傳統自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)轉型而(er)來,另(ling)一部分(fen)從(cong)鉛酸電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)橫向擴張而(er)來,主要(yao)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)有:捷(jie)安特、阿米尼、新(xin)日、飛(fei)鴿、凱(kai)特、順地、雅(ya)哥弟、大行(xing)(xing)、力霸(ba)王、途爾(er)、普(pu)利司通(tong)、捷(jie)奧比(bi)、喜(xi)德盛、小羚羊、綠(lv)能(neng)、卡摩(mo)等(deng),其中(zhong),市場(chang)占(zhan)有率最大的(de)(de)品(pin)牌是(shi)捷(jie)安特與(yu)飛(fei)鴿。電(dian)(dian)(dian)動自(zi)(zi)行(xing)(xing)車(che)(che)用(yong)(yong)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)中(zhong),一部分(fen)是(shi)從(cong)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)轉型而(er)來,另(ling)一部分(fen)則是(shi)專(zhuan)門(men)從(cong)事鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)研(yan)發(fa)與(yu)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)的(de)(de)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye),主要(yao)有:星恒、比(bi)亞迪、迪耐特、潤峰、天(tian)能(neng)、振龍、萬好萬家(jia)、光宇、中(zhong)投、精進能(neng)源、漢維(wei)、力神、毅(yi)力、雷天(tian)、同大、航(hang)力源、雙一力、捷(jie)威、德朗能(neng)、南(nan)都(dou)等(deng)。近年來,由于國(guo)家(jia)對(dui)新(xin)能(neng)源產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)支持力度加(jia)(jia)大,對(dui)“超(chao)標”電(dian)(dian)(dian)動車(che)(che)的(de)(de)加(jia)(jia)強管理,以及對(dui)全國(guo)范圍內鉛酸蓄電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)行(xing)(xing)業(ye)(ye)的(de)(de)整治,使得(de)鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)產(chan)(chan)(chan)業(ye)(ye)獲得(de)了一定的(de)(de)機遇,眾多(duo)企(qi)(qi)業(ye)(ye)加(jia)(jia)入到鋰電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)產(chan)(chan)(chan)品(pin)的(de)(de)開發(fa)與(yu)生產(chan)(chan)(chan)中(zhong)來,市場(chang)上涌現出一批新(xin)興品(pin)牌。
三、影響鋰(li)電自行車推廣的因(yin)素分(fen)析
(一)產(chan)品售后服(fu)務不夠完善
首先由于鋰電(dian)自行(xing)車(che)渠道方(fang)面發育程(cheng)度(du)低,產品的(de)售后(hou)服(fu)務并(bing)不完善,解決消費者的(de)后(hou)顧(gu)之憂(you)仍然(ran)有一定的(de)空間。造成這一問題的(de)因素有很(hen)多,鋰電(dian)自行(xing)車(che)與(yu)鋰電(dian)池企業的(de)售后(hou)服(fu)務網絡少,消費者有問題找不到地方(fang)修;鋰電(dian)自行(xing)車(che)售后(hou)服(fu)務配件(jian)少,鋰電(dian)池維(wei)護(hu)必須拿回工(gong)廠維(wei)護(hu);此外(wai),用(yong)于維(wei)護(hu)的(de)備(bei)用(yong)鋰電(dian)池少。另外(wai),售后(hou)服(fu)務的(de)不及時、售后(hou)人員業務不熟練等(deng)原(yuan)因都是造成消費者對鋰電(dian)自行(xing)車(che)存在(zai)后(hou)顧(gu)之憂(you)的(de)原(yuan)因。
(二)鋰(li)離子電池組的(de)安全(quan)性和質(zhi)量的(de)穩(wen)定性
鋰離子電池組的安全性是鋰電自行車發展成敗的關鍵。目前鋰電池技術方面存在過流、過充、過熱,擠壓、針刺、短路等幾大問題,因此,要提高鋰電池的安全性,必須從這幾方面著手。另一方面,鋰離子電池單級質量的穩定性是制約鋰電自行車推廣的根本原因。目前需要解決的問題有:鋰電池內電阻一致性、鋰電池內電壓一致性、鋰電池電容量一致性;其次,鋰離子電池組裝配工藝的可靠性是影響鋰電自行車推廣的重要因素,其中包括:鋰電池組焊接的可靠性、鋰電池組保護系統焊接的可靠性。目前,電動自行車用鋰電池產品采用的標準為QB/T 2947.3-2009《電動自行車用蓄電池及充電器第3部分:鋰離子蓄電池及(ji)充(chong)電器》,在這一標準的基礎上,鋰電池產品的通用性、互換性、一致(zhi)性等仍(reng)需要(yao)得(de)到進(jin)一步規范。
(三)鋰電自行車渠道(dao)的(de)完善性
鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)應用于(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)時(shi)間并(bing)不(bu)(bu)長,生(sheng)產鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)技術門檻(jian)也相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)較(jiao)高,因此,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)價(jia)格一(yi)直居高不(bu)(bu)下(xia),影(ying)響(xiang)了其銷量的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)增長。目前鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)市(shi)場(chang)相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)于(yu)鉛酸車(che)(che)來(lai)說相(xiang)對(dui)(dui)較(jiao)小,而專業(ye)銷售鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)代理(li)商(shang)也并(bing)不(bu)(bu)多,渠道網絡的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)拓展與完(wan)善(shan)依(yi)然是目前鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)心。由于(yu)國內市(shi)場(chang)需求的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有限性(xing)(xing),需要鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)產品有合理(li)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)利潤來(lai)支持渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)發展,避免與鉛酸車(che)(che)市(shi)場(chang)一(yi)樣打價(jia)格戰,并(bing)在(zai)此基(ji)礎上要有再投入的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)部(bu)分。在(zai)保證鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)渠道的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)完(wan)善(shan)性(xing)(xing)上,售后(hou)服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)有效性(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最關鍵因素,其中包(bao)括:整(zheng)車(che)(che)和零部(bu)件的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)保修承(cheng)諾(nuo)、整(zheng)車(che)(che)和零部(bu)件維修更換的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)及時(shi)性(xing)(xing)、售后(hou)服務的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)主動(dong)性(xing)(xing)和有效性(xing)(xing)。除此之外,渠道商(shang)還肩(jian)負(fu)著推廣(guang)鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自(zi)(zi)行(xing)車(che)(che)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)重(zhong)任。
(四)鋰電自行車產品(pin)價(jia)格偏高
目前鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)的價(jia)(jia)格普遍(bian)比鉛(qian)酸(suan)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)車(che)高出幾(ji)百元(yuan)(yuan)到一千元(yuan)(yuan),大(da)(da)多數(shu)消費(fei)者難以(yi)接受與鉛(qian)酸(suan)車(che)如(ru)此(ci)大(da)(da)的價(jia)(jia)格差距,因此(ci)銷量(liang)并不(bu)大(da)(da)。鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)自行車(che)雖然(ran)有(you)明顯的優勢,但鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)成本導致(zhi)的價(jia)(jia)格居高不(bu)下,成了制約其(qi)發展的最大(da)(da)因素,一組(zu)36V鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)在(zai)國(guo)內市場(chang)(chang)售(shou)(shou)價(jia)(jia)為1500元(yuan)(yuan)左右,加上(shang)(shang)配件(jian)等,一般生(sheng)產成本在(zai)2800元(yuan)(yuan)以(yi)上(shang)(shang),若再(zai)加上(shang)(shang)營(ying)銷等其(qi)他成本,其(qi)價(jia)(jia)格還遠不(bu)止這個數(shu)字,現北京市場(chang)(chang)上(shang)(shang)銷售(shou)(shou)的鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)車(che)普遍(bian)價(jia)(jia)格為3200-3800元(yuan)(yuan)。業內人士認為,鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)輕巧、環保,廢棄(qi)后不(bu)會產生(sheng)環境污染,一旦應用技術成熟(shu),市場(chang)(chang)銷量(liang)加大(da)(da),鋰(li)(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)(chi)(chi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)自行車(che)的價(jia)(jia)格肯定會降下來(lai)。
(五)鋰電池充電器和(he)電(dian)池保(bao)護功(gong)能的完善
鋰電池電動自行車的品質,在很大程度上還是依賴于電動車充電器和電(dian)池(chi)保護體(ti)的品質(zhi),只(zhi)有當充電(dian)器(qi)和電(dian)池(chi)保護板(ban)的品質(zhi)可靠性和穩(wen)定性提高了(le),整(zheng)體(ti)的市(shi)場銷售(shou)量自(zi)然就增加了(le)。
四、電(dian)(dian)動自(zi)行車用鋰電(dian)(dian)池發(fa)展(zhan)前景分析
(一)鋰電自行車將逐漸普
