  一、電池充電器測試

  充(chong)(chong)電(dian)電(dian)池放電(dian)后需要充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器來充(chong)(chong)電(dian),一個良好(hao)的(de)充(chong)(chong)電(dian)器應(ying)該能(neng)夠提(ti)供恒定電(dian)流(liu)來充(chong)(chong)電(dian),并且在電(dian)池足時(shi)能(neng)夠自動(dong)停止充(chong)(chong)電(dian)這(zhe)樣才能(neng)使(shi)電(dian)池的(de)壽命(ming)最長。

  二、電池放電測試

  任(ren)何電(dian)池均可(ke)視為一個(ge)(ge)電(dian)壓源,其儲存容量(liang)單位(wei)為mAH或(huo)AH,例如(ru)12V 6AH 的電(dian)池容量(liang)表示它在12V和1A輸出時可(ke)工作六個(ge)(ge)小時。

  測試電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)特性時,應該使用電(dian)(dian)(dian)子負載的(de)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)模式,而電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)應在要求(qiu)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓范圍內,在規格時間(jian)提供測試的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu),使用計算機(ji)(ji)或打印機(ji)(ji)來監視(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)池(chi)(chi)的(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓及電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。

  定(ding)(ding)功率模(mo)式亦可用(yong)來測試(shi)電(dian)池的(de)放電(dian)特性(xing),當(dang)電(dian)子負載工(gong)作于定(ding)(ding)功率模(mo)式時,電(dian)子負載會從電(dian)池吸取所設定(ding)(ding)功率值。此時電(dian)子負載的(de)電(dian)流會隨著(zhu)負載電(dian)壓(ya)的(de)降低而自動增加保持(chi)功率恒定(ding)(ding),反之亦然。

  三、電池充電測試

  一般含恒壓和恒流(liu)(liu)(liu)輸出的(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)可用(yong)來對充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),或使用(yong)沒有穩壓限流(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)源(yuan)(例如(ru)簡單的(de)整(zheng)流(liu)(liu)(liu)與(yu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)容濾(lv)波電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)路)與(yu)直流(liu)(liu)(liu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)串(chuan)聯做為(wei)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)源(yuan)對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)池充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian),此(ci)時充電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)大小由(you)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)負載(zai)定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)模式下的(de)設定(ding)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)值(zhi)決定(ding)。
